Architecture: Responsible for the technical quality of all office projects, development and maintenance of the office standard specification, central research and development, analysis of project feedback, quality control of office production drawing standards, liaison with external specialist consultants.

IT: Responsible for the development of the PlanChest database and document management system, and the creation of the Sheppard Robson Intranet.

Knowledge management: Responsible for the implementation of internal business and project management procedures, production of quality control manuals, library and information services, practice database, and intranet.
